The frequencies of haplogroups I, R1b, R1a, N3, N2, Q, and C in Karafet's samples of Russians, Khants, Nganasans, Nenets, Selkups, Kets, Dolgans, Yakuts (pooled with additional samples analyzed by Tambets et al.), Buryats, Evenks, Evens, and Altaians have been reported in the paper by Kristiina Tambets, Siiri Rootsi, Toomas Kivisild et al. (2004), "The Western and Eastern Roots of the Saami—the Story of Genetic 'Outliers' Told by Mitochondrial DNA and Y Chromosomes,"American Journal of Human Genetics 74:661–682. However, I still lack detailed information regarding Karafet's samples of Komi, Entsi, Yukaghirs, and Siberian Eskimos. Any leads?
