Judging from what Soviet anthropologists wrote, Nganasans managed to remain relatively pure-bred East Eurasians, whereas Nenets mixed with kind of Saami (apparently called "Sikhirtya" in Nenet folklore) and Selkups with Kets. Accordingly, I'll start with a reference to Karafet's Nganasan sample according to Tambets 2004 and Rootsi 2006:
n=38
C-M130: 2=5,3% (T)
N-P43: 35=92,1% (T)
N-M178: 1=2,6% (R)

Now, Karafet's Tundra Nenet sample according to the same authors:
n=89
N*-M128-, P43-, M46-: 1=1,1% (R)
N_P43: 40=44,9% (R)
N-M178: 46=51,7% (R)
O: 1=1,1% (R)
Q-M242: 1=1,7% (T)

And Karafet's Forest Nenet sample according to them:
n=59
N-P43: 44=74,6% (R)
N-M178: 14=23,7% (R)
Q-M242: 1=1,7% (T)

And Karafet's Selkup samples according to Tambets:
n=131
C-M130: 2=1,5%
N-P43: 9=6,9%
Q-M242: 87=66,4%
R1(xR1a): 8=6,1%
R1a: 25=19,1%

Finally, Pakendorf's Evenk sample from the Stony Tunguska should be mentioned because of the lack of Samodian samples to the east of the Yenisei:
n=40
C-M86: 28=70%
F(xK): 1=2,5%
N-P43: 11=27,5%

And Karafet's "western" Evenks according to Rootsi and Tambets:
n=18
C-M130: 65-55=10=55,6% (Rootsi's number being subtracted from Tambets')
N-P43: 3=16,7% (R)
N-M178: 0 (R)
+5

who are, btw, different from Karafet's "eastern" Nyukzha Evenks according to Pakendorf:
n=78
C-M217+, M86-: 13=16,7%
C-M217+, M86+: 42=53,8%
F(xK): 2=2,6%
N-P43: 0
N-M178: 16=20,5%
+5

So the P43+ mutation is not just shared by all Samodian samples but also present in Evenks who live in a region likely to have been inhabited by Samodians some time ago. Plus, M178+ is uncommon enough in Nganasans, Selkups and western Evenks to reflect something like Saami ancestry in Tundra Nenets. And the stronger presence of M178+ in Forest Nenets is in accordance with my previous impression that Forest Nenets are more Caucasoid than Tundra Nenets, which could be due to some additional admixture from their southern neighbours, from whom they are not as much removed via lifestyle as Tundra Nenets are.
