Judging from languages and locations, Nenets should first of all be compared with Nganasans.

According to the data provided by Gogolev et al. 1975 (Zolotareva apparently having been the major physical anthropologist of the team), eastern Nenets tend to have lighter hair and eyes, more marked beard growth and softer hair than Nganasans. Interestingly, chest hair growth is similarly absent, though. And the information they give about different degrees of pigmentation as well as nasal prominence could be less ambiguous. As for the tables of Gogolev et al. 1975, the least ambiguous evidence of probable Caucasoid admixture in eastern Nenets seems to their average zfi.

Well, the Nenets mostly look like southern Selkups and certain Altaians IMO. However, some have a more "arctic" phenotype, it seems to me. Example:

Archaeologists meant that there was a continuity between coastal material cultures from where there are now the Nenets and Kamchatka, as far as I remember what I read. An absorption of "old North Asian" coastal stock by Nenets (and btw also Nganasans and Enets) is in this context imaginable to me.
