A theory advanced by Michael Fortescue and Uwe Seefloth consisting of Uralic, Yukaghir, Chukotko-Kamchatkan, and Eskimo-Aleut. Frederik Kortlandt includes Nivkh as part of Uralo-Siberian while maintaining that Indo-European is a part of the family, forming a sub-branch with Uralic.
