(ren will possibly move this topic to one of his archaeological forum categories. I'll just post it in the Korean section because I don't know much about archaeology.)

Palaeolithic: G3a
Neolithic: B4b1a1, B4f1, D4c
Bronze age: D4*, D4c1b

Source:
Lee Hwan-Young et al. 2008: "Genetic Characterization and Assessment of Authenticity of Ancient Korean Skeletal Remains"

Note that G3a was AFAIK not detected in any North Asian samples. But it was found in Sino-Tibetans besides Koreans. Apart from that, B4b1a1 and B4f are restricted to Japanese samples in the tree of Derenko et al. 2012. Besides the apparently Korean/Japanese branch B4b1a1 there seem to be one more generally East Asian branch B4b1a2 (featuring Han and She samples) and one North Asian branch B4b1c according to Derenko et al. 2012. (Derenko et al. appear to have worked with relatively few Korean samples only. So certain branches of their trees appear to be "Japanese only" even though they're probably "both Korean and Japanese".) And similarly, D4c1 as a whole was restricted to Japanese samples and there were Mongolian samples in D4c2 besides Japanese ones in the tree of Derenko et al. 2010. I.e., it seems as if it migrated from northern East Asia to North Asia rather than the other way round.

See http://www.anthropedia.science/topic/10038094/1 for a thread on more recent historical mtDNA samples.
