I'll first of all refer to the data to which Levin referred in his book from 1958.

clines and potential clines according to Kubo via Levin with samples from Pyeongan and Gyeonggi-do having been reference points:

head length: P > G
head width: G > P
relative forehead width: 1067/1441=74,05 (G) and 1063/1436=74,03 (P)
cheekbone width: G > P
morphological facial height: G > P
relative facial length: 1159/1441=80,43 (G) and 1148/1436=79,94 (P)
relative jaw width: 1132/1441=78,56 (G) and 1129/1436=78,62 (P)
relative mouth width (cheekbones as reference points): 51,2=35,53 (G) > 49,7=34,61 (P)
relative mouth width (jaw angles as reference points): 51,2=45,23 (G) > 49,7=44,02 (P)

Preliminary conclusions: there are some differences between the averaged data from Gyeonggi-do and Pyeongan. But they are are mostly minor. And if one included non-Korean data for a comparison, the two Korean samples would probably cluster together. Both of them are probably first of all "northern East Asian". Apart from that, there could be "inland" and "coastal" "components" or different recombinations of these "components". So geographical positions per se would suggest that Pyeongan would be "more influence" by one or the other "inland component" than Gyeonggi-do. However, average facial size makes the idea of a more significant "inland North Asian component" seem to be unlikely. Rather, such an "inland component" would be "southern Manchurian". Moreover, both of the Korean samples mentioned above would probably be different from average northern Han samples in terms of facial shape.

Further, I can go into detail as for some of Kubo's raw data from 1913, data of Kohama Mototsugu and more later on.
