Unfortunately, nobody ever published the full mtDNA hg profile of the Nenet samples of Saillard et al. 2000 and Tambets et al. 2004. Judging from the paper by Tambets et al. 2004, one could only tell that a few hgs were absent from these Nenet samples. However, Whitten's recent dissertation features some more concrete data...

pooled sample:
n=47
H: 7=14,9%
J: 3=6,4%
U: 9=19,1%

Taimyr Nenets
n=13
C4b-h2: 1=7,7%
C5c-h9: 1=7,7%
D4l-h3: 1=7,7%
Z-h45: 1=7,7%

T-h87: 1=7,7%

Yamal Nenets
n=34
C5d-h18: 1=2,9%
D in total: 3=8,8%
- D4b-D3: h5: 1=2,9%
- D4j-h83: 1=2,9%

T-h87: 1=2,9%

Furthermore, hg C is the most frequent EEA hg and hgs G and Z are by far less common than hg D each according to fig. 5.2. On p. 91 the author writes that the frequencies of hg D were similar in both samples giving a percentage which probably refers to the Yamal Nenet sample. So the frequency of hg D in the Taimyr sample will probably be 7,7%. That said, hgs A, B, D5a and F were absent according to the figure mentioned above.

And one might suppose frequencies like the following ones after having taken a look at text, tables and figure 5.2:

T: 2?=4,7%?

D: 4?=8,5%?
G: 2?=4,7%?
Z: 1?=2,1%?

C: 19?=40,4%? (if all remainder hts are in hg C)
